It attracted participants from all of the Dig-IT Lab partners and from several research teams at KTH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two day workshop was an opportunity for the diverse and international group connected on the common themes of buildings and digitalization to meet and share knowledge. The program featured four sessions with a key note speech for each topic, followed by industry pitches and group discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The topics were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smart Grids and Buildings: The Renewable Energy Nexus<br>Keynote speech: \u201cDigital Twins for district energy system modelling\u201d, Ursula Eicker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitalization for Lifecycle Sustainability<br>Keynote speech:&nbsp;\u201dTechnology revolution within building evolution: How can pathways align?\u201d, Carmel Lindkvist (NTNU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-Driven Optimization for Sustainable Building Operations<br>Keynote speech: Frederic Wurtz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policy, Regulation, and Market Transformation<br>Keynote speech: \u201dUsing AI to accelerate planning and building certification\u201d, Sara J.
