Einar Mattsson is Stockholm’s largest private owner of rental housing. With 90 years of experience across the whole property value chain – from project development, construction and management, to renovation (ROT) – they have joined KTH Dig-IT Lab to further impact the industry.
Einar Mattsson’s ambition is to accelerate digitalisation to ensure a higher operating net in the long term, providing sufficient resources to maintain and renovate their property portfolio while reducing their climate footprint.
Project particiapation
Together with Supriya Mini Soman and the team from KTH, as well as Markus Högberg and his team from EQUA, Einar Mattsson aims to achieve concrete results in developing a full-scale digital twin for one of their residential properties in Stockholm. The IDA-ICE software is already a powerful tool for tasks such as energy simulation, and the goal is to develop a full-scale digital twin that can assist property technicians and managers with operations, maintenance, and investment optimisation.
